The HS Prep camp is open to all athletes entering 8th grade and older. This rigorous program is designed for serious athletes to prepare for their fall high school season. The program will focus on two components: Speed & Agility and Fitness. Both components will help enhance players' overall fitness and training environment throughout the summer to prepare them for their high school season. Important to note: fitness will be a part of this program; you will need both cleats and running shoes.
Areas of Focus
Conditioning, Speed, and Agility Focus: A 45-minute intense training session. The first six sessions will focus on building players' overall endurance. The last six sessions will progress through a higher demand of game-related speed and agility drills and multi-function exercises related to specific movements in the game.
Soccer Skills
This course will cover technical and tactical skills, including small-sided and full-sided games, combination play, attacking, defending, and positional training.
